How to return items
If for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible, and our team will take care of your request :

Items eligible for return
• Products that are damaged or faulty
• Orders that arrive incomplete
• All returns must be returned in their original packaging, and in the condition which they were received.
Please contact our Customer Support Team within 2 working days of delivery to request an item return.
Credit may be returned to you in the following ways:
• As an exchange (as appropriate) for another item from www.retailtherapyhc.com
• As a refund to your account in Retail Therapy Haute Couture
Items which cannot be returned
Products can not be returned more than 3 days of delivery.

Do you provide International delivery?
We provide international deliveries via DHL. The price for this will be calculated based on your delivery address and charged directly by DHL to your account.
How do I return an item?
All returns should be mailed to ay of our pick up points as listed below

What is your returns policy?
Local deliveries have 2 days return policy while international deliveries have a 7 day return policy. The item must still have it's tagged and be in the same exact condition it was purchased at.
